Requirements for Becoming a Tutor

  • Qualified Teacher:

    • Must hold a valid teaching qualification and have a deep understanding of the NZ curriculum. Beginning teachers, relief teachers, and retired teachers are encouraged to apply.

  • Experience:

    • At least 2 years of teaching experience preferred.

  • Passion for Teaching:

    • A strong commitment to student success and a passion for teaching.

  • Strong Communication Skills:

    • Excellent communication skills to effectively connect with students and parents.

  • Reliable and Professional:

    • Punctual, reliable, and able to maintain a high standard of professionalism.

  • Positive Rapport:

    • A strong desire to build positive rapport and learning relationships with students.
